Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Talent Advisor in a hybrid role to partner with client stakeholders and Hiring Managers, owning requisitions and guiding talent strategy to deliver quality hires across markets.

You will collaborate with Sourcing Specialists and Centers of Expertise, manage candidate pools, engage talent, extend offers, and ensure SLA/KPI targets are met in a fast-paced environment. This role supports growth in a hybrid Portland, OR or Chandler, AZ setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in account management or consultative recruiting as a primary point of contact.
• Minimum of 5 years in a candidate generation role with a proven track record of hiring success.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the single point of contact for Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions.
• Evaluating and reprioritizing employment branding strategies.
• Using independent judgment to determine candidate eligibility based on resumes and interviews.
• Building qualified candidate profiles and presenting slates to meet client deliverables.
• Protecting the candidate experience and fostering strong partnerships across boundaries.
