This role will partner closely with hiring managers and Human Capital colleagues to deliver high-quality, inclusive recruiting processes for a range of technical, operational, and business-critical positions.The successful candidate will bring demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, including exposure to IT and Investment Operations talent markets. They will be comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously, advising stakeholders on talent strategy, and delivering a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment for positions across Shared Services (A&F, IT, Legal) and Investment Operations including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer development, and onboarding handoff.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish recruiting strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and manage search progress.Recruit for a range of technology roles, such as software engineering, data and analytics, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and technology project management.Recruit for Investment Operations roles, such as trade operations, client reporting, performance and data operations, portfolio administration, reconciliation, treasury, and investment systems support.Build and maintain diverse pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, professional networks, recruiting platforms, and external search partners where appropriate.Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluating technical or operational experience, motivation, career trajectory, communication skills, and alignment with role requirements and firm culture.Deliver a professional, responsive, and well-managed candidate experience throughout the process.Advise hiring teams on market conditions, talent availability, compensation trends, candidate feedback, and process improvements.Coordinate structured interview processes, support interviewer preparation, and ensure timely collection and synthesis of feedback.Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system and ensure adherence to data privacy, employment-law, and internal policy requirements.Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on recruiting best practices.Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, including employer branding, process optimization, workforce planning, and diversity-focused recruiting strategies.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.4–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally gained within financial services, professional services, technology, asset management, or another complex, regulated environment.Experience recruiting for technology roles is required, with familiarity across one or more areas such as software engineering, data, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, or IT delivery.Experience recruiting for IT, Investment Operations, middle-office, fund operations, portfolio operations, or investment data roles is strongly preferred.Demonstrated direct-sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates across technical and operational talent pools.Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into effective recruiting plans.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.Strong understanding of structured interviewing, candidate assessment, and inclusive hiring practices.Experience operating across multiple locations or international talent markets is a plus.Skills and CompetenciesStrong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.Ability to manage competing priorities, multiple active searches, and changing business needs with sound judgment and attention to detail.Commercial awareness of talent-market dynamics for both technology and investment operations roles.High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential candidate and business information.Data-driven approach to recruiting, including use of pipeline, time-to-fill, offer-acceptance, and source-of-hire metrics.Collaborative working style, with the ability to influence without direct authority.Commitment to delivering an equitable, inclusive, and candidate-centered hiring experience.Base salary range for this role:Pay Range Minimum:81200Pay Range Maximum:105600In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.
