Job summary

Parsons seeks an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to recruit highly cleared security professionals for a new program, primarily based in the Northern Virginia corporate office with a hybrid work setup.

You will partner with senior leadership, develop pipeline strategies, and oversee full-cycle recruitment for IC and DoD-related roles, ensuring compliance and timely hires in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance (preferred TS/SCI).
• 8+ years' experience in IC recruiting or related federal/classified work.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience in federal, classified sector.
• Experience recruiting highly cleared talent for physical security roles, including site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for highly cleared security positions at multiple domestic sites.
• Partner with operational teams and leadership to staff programs.
• Advise hiring managers with market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Build pipelines of cleared professionals for large-scale programs.
• Source qualified candidates using unclassified and classified tools and resources.
• Track hiring progress with metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Coordinate interviews, background checks, and hiring approvals.
• Support proposals and surge staffing requirements across enterprises.
