Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition professional to drive full-cycle recruiting for Federal Solutions, supporting mission-critical programs. Based onsite in Columbia, MD, you will partner with leaders, build pipelines for security-cleared roles, and guide interview and selection processes to ensure compliant hiring.

You will mentor a recruiting team, deliver insights on pipeline health, and collaborate with security, onboarding, and HR to create a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience for government, defense, or mission-critical organizations.
• Experience recruiting for roles requiring security clearances.
• Strong assessment, interviewing, and offer negotiation skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring leaders and influencing decisions.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for federal solutions roles from intake through onboarding.
• Partner with leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with workforce plans.
• Recruit for highly specialized positions requiring active security clearances.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines for critical skills.
• Mentor recruiting team and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliant hiring with OFCCP and government requirements.
