Job summary

Suffolk is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own full life cycle recruiting for Mission Critical roles. You will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and leaders, developing proactive talent strategies and strong candidate pipelines across multiple locations, including Boston, Herndon, and Dallas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• 5-7+ years of progressive full life cycle recruiting experience; construction, engineering, real estate, or related industry strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for complex, high-priority positions; Mission Critical, data center, or related industry preferred.
• Ability to independently manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong consultative recruiting skills with the ability to influence Hiring Managers and leaders.
• Experience with proactive sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Familiarity with market research and talent intelligence to inform recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruitment for Mission Critical positions from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to develop position profiles and understand business needs.
• Provide market insight, sourcing strategies, and recommendations throughout the process.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Build pipelines for current and future Mission Critical opportunities.
• Coordinate hiring processes and candidate experiences across the team.
• Present qualified candidates and insights to hiring teams; maintain ATS records.
