Job summary

Randstad Enterprise in the United States is seeking an MSP Talent Advisor in our Sourceright division to implement and deliver a managed services program strategy. You will own requisition fulfillment and non-FTE procurement strategy, partnering with client stakeholders and hiring managers.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, market intelligence, and collaboration with global teams to drive high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of MSP experience.
• Client services experience interfacing with executive/C-suite leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Beeline VMS.
• Background in candidate generation, requisition management, or consultative recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (or equivalent work experience).

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to clarify requirements and timelines.
• Serve as SME for non-FTE procurement and VMS tools.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, screen candidates, present slate, and sell opportunities.
• Proactively gather market intelligence to share with recruitment teams and client leaders.
• Collaborate with global colleagues, talent sourcing specialists, and centers of expertise to drive quality delivery.
