Lanco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Hazel Crest, IL to lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, manufacturing, and leadership roles. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and promote our employer brand while supporting internship and apprenticeship programs.

This on-site role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy in postings in UKG, and data-driven recruiting processes.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, technical, or engineering roles.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and recruiting approaches.
• Provide feedback, assessments, and recommendations.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs, schools, direct outreach.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Develop relationships with external recruiting partners and educational institutions.
• Create and monitor job postings in UKG and other platforms.
• Maintain interview questionnaires aligned with job requirements.
• Utilize UKG Recruiting to manage openings and track activity.
• Track and report recruiting metrics.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience reflecting company culture.
• Support internships, apprenticeships and early-career programs.
• Support recruitment marketing and events with Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Participate in other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
