Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing/industrial.
• Experience hiring skilled trades/craft workforce.
• Experience building recruiting strategies and pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment from requisition intake to start date readiness.
• Lead high-volume recruiting for skilled trades and craft roles.
• Partner with site leadership for workforce planning and prioritization.
• Design scalable TA strategy, sourcing channels, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliant hiring processes and strong candidate experience.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvement.
