United Weld Holdings is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruiting for hourly and salaried roles across multiple sites. The role emphasizes skilled trades recruitment, strategic workforce planning, and a strong candidate experience.

You will partner with site leadership and HR to design scalable processes, pipelines, and KPIs, ensuring compliant and efficient hiring aligned with production demands and growth plans.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades/craft workforce.
• Proven success supporting high-volume hiring and multi-site operations.
• Experience building recruiting strategies, pipelines, and processes beyond just executing reqs.
• Strong knowledge of labor market dynamics in industrial environments.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance and start date readiness.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
• Manage requisitions across multiple sites and business units.
• Lead high-volume recruiting for skilled trades and craft roles.
• Build proactive pipelines and “ready-now” candidate benches for critical roles.
• Track recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish standardized recruiting processes, intake protocols, and SLAs.
