Job summary

Lanco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, source, interview, and hire across professional, technical, manufacturing, and leadership roles. You will partner with managers to shape recruiting strategies and ensure candidates are evaluated against qualifications.

Responsibilities include building pipelines, engaging with schools and partners, managing postings in UKG, and delivering a top-notch candidate experience. Office-based with possible travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, technical, engineering, or professional positions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through throughout the recruiting process.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and recruiting approaches.
• Provide feedback, assessments, and recommendations based on requirements.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles.
• Develop relationships with external recruiting partners and schools.
• Create and monitor job postings in UKG and other platforms.
• Maintain interview questionnaires aligned with descriptions.
• Utilize UKG Recruiting to track activity and progress.
• Track recruiting activity and provide regular reports.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience reflecting company values.
• Support growth of internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Assist recruitment marketing initiatives and events.
