The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, building candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to fill hourly direct roles efficiently. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing recruitment, strong ATS/sourcing tool skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing recruiting experience including full life cycle in an agency or corporate environment.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches.
• Associate's Degree - HR or related field.
• Proficiency with ATS Systems and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage high volume applicant pipelines and close offers for hourly direct roles.
• Successfully lead recruiting strategies to deliver timely results.
• Manage job postings on internal and external sites.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and competencies.
• Maintain ATS data integrity
• Strengthen our employer brand by providing a best-in-class candidate experience for candidates.
• Have a results-driven approach to recruiting, developing and improving our sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives as needed.
• Full-cycle candidate management.
