Experience with full-cycle recruiting and interview techniques
Proficient with online job boards and ATS
Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions is a plus

Source candidates and build a strong talent pipeline
Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team throughout hiring process
Create job descriptions and interview questions
Plan and conduct interviews and assessments
Manage candidate communication and onboarding support
Maintain candidate records in ATS and update job postings
