Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• At least three years of proven work experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques.
• Proficiency with online job boards to post positions and source candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source candidates.
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.

Responsabilités

• Consult with management on current and future hiring needs.
• Source applicants to match hiring requirements.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions reflecting requirements.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening and in-person interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, agencies, and associations.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with Hiring Managers.
• Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience and timely follow-up.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation.
• Support onboarding and coordinate new-hire paperwork.
• Prepare offer materials and update candidate records.
• Manage agency relationships.
• Explore sourcing channels like direct sourcing, universities, referrals, and job fairs.
• Perform other duties to support HR.
