The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in talent acquisition, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency with HR systems such as ADP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in talent acquisition or related HR function.
• Experience with ADP preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Conduct candidate outreach and maintain timely, professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Help strengthen the company's employer brand and promote a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within HRIS and payroll systems.
• Support benefits administration, including deductions, garnishments, and leave administration.
• Respond to employee inquiries and partner with the Corporate HR team to address HR-related questions and issues.
• Assist with HR audits, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes across recruiting, HR, and payroll functions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
