Job summary

This full-time role focuses on proactive sourcing, building strong pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs in architecture and design services.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of professional recruiting experience, top-tier communication skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of professional recruiting experience required.
• Experience with high-volume sourcing and candidate pipelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Identify passive candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Review applications, conduct initial screenings and interviews, and recommend candidates to managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Represent the firm at career events and networking activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
