Job summary

Stevens Group Inc (SGI) is seeking a Director of Recruiting to lead talent acquisition across SGI and its client organizations. This full-time role develops strategies, guides hiring managers, and ensures a positive candidate experience while overseeing pipelines and partnerships with external recruiters.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in recruiting with leadership experience, strong ATS and analytics skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in recruiting, with leadership or senior talent acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve full-cycle recruiting processes, strategies, and tools.
• Partner with executives, hiring managers, and HR to align workforce planning.
• Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles.
• Oversee postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
• Use data to track metrics and improve recruiting efficiency.
• Develop employer branding and external communications.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Manage relationships with external recruiters, job boards, and networks.
