Job summary

Stevens Group Inc (SGI) seeks an experienced Director of Recruiting to lead SGI and client talent acquisition across the organization. This full-time role focuses on developing recruiting strategies, guiding hiring managers, pipeline management, and delivering a positive hiring experience to support growth and capability.

The Director will oversee sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and compliance, while leveraging data to optimize metrics and employer branding to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years in recruiting with at least 3 years in leadership or senior talent acquisition.
• Proven success in developing recruitment strategies for multi-client hiring.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with ATS, MS Office, and recruitment tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and continually improve full-cycle recruiting processes, strategies, and tools.
• Partner with executives, hiring managers, and HR business partners on workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
• Oversee job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offers.
• Use data analytics to track recruiting metrics and improve efficiency.
• Create employer branding materials and external communications for candidate attraction.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and job boards.
