The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong hiring-manager interaction, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in full cycle recruiting with strong hiring manager interaction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, ATS, HRIS; experience with AI tools; ERP and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build and maintain candidate pipelines, including ongoing passive outreach.
• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Facilitate structured intake meetings to clarify role expectations and interview approaches.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate evaluation and selection criteria.
• Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines and ensure timely, informed hiring decisions.
• Strengthen employer brand presence through job content and candidate experience.
• Maintain recruiting and onboarding data within ATS and HRIS systems.
