Job summary

American Cementing LLC in Tulsa, OK seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across functions and levels, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and deliver a professional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

You will source candidates via job boards, networks, referrals, and events; manage ATS data; produce recruiting metrics; ensure compliant recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent combination may be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting for field, skilled trades, technical, professional, or operational positions preferred.
• Experience working with an ATS and recruiting technology required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of full-cycle recruitment: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and pre-employment processing.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions and postings.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, networks, social media, referrals, events, and other channels.
• Review applications, conduct screens, assess qualifications, and recommend qualified candidates for consideration.
• Collaborate on compensation, offers, and terms within company guidelines.
