• Drive strategic planning and quarterly goal-setting across Deloitte business units.

• Investigate margin slips and return with actionable fixes.
• Own the relationship with the Self-Motivation vendor to prevent fire drills.
• Keep leadership decks accurate and free of vanity charts.
• Negotiate vendor terms that look small-but-mighty on paper.
• Turn recurring exceptions into self-managing rules.
