Responsibilities

• Source, attract, select and hire top talent across North America.
• Develop staffing strategies and recruitment pipelines for key roles.
• Manage time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership on staffing plans.
• Drive innovative sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
