Job summary

Rosendin in Sparks, NV seeks a Lead Talent Sourcer to drive sourcing strategy, partner with the Talent Acquisition team, and build a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.

You will own search planning, proactive outreach, and initial candidate assessment, mentoring fellow sourcers, and delivering pipelines that align with business objectives. Requires 7+ years in sourcing or recruiting, excellent communication, and experience with Workday or other ATS.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 7+ years' sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS navigation and mining; Workday preferred.
• Strong communication skills to engage and influence candidates.
• Clear and proactive communication with candidates to assess fit.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategy development for critical roles.
• Partner with TA leadership to set priorities and planning.
• Mentor and coach Talent Sourcers across the team.
• Maintain accurate pipelines in Workday and recruiting systems.
• Provide market insights and hiring progress reports.
