Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting professional/technical/construction roles.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multi-priority management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: manage process from requisition through offer.
• Build Talent Pipelines: source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, networking.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with Hiring Managers: provide recruiting guidance and market insights.
• Strengthen College Recruiting: develop relationships with colleges and career fairs.
• Support Recruiting Strategy: monitor trends and suggest process improvements.
• Measure Success: track data in ATS and improve recruiting efficiency.
