Job summary

IMC Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization. You will build strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networks, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of recruiting experience, strong interviewing skills, and a proven ability to partner with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting professional, technical, engineering, or construction roles preferred.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: manage requisitions through offer acceptance with hiring managers.
• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and events.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide recruiting guidance and market insights.
• Support college recruiting and internship programs with university relationships.
• Monitor recruiting trends and opportunities, driving process improvements.
• Maintain recruiting data and metrics in the ATS to improve efficiency.
