Job summary

IMC Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization from requisition through offer acceptance. You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop strategies, and identify exceptional talent.

You’ll proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other tools; build and maintain pipelines for current and future needs; and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Experience recruiting professional, technical, engineering, or construction positions preferred.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Provide recruiting guidance and market insights to managers.
• Support college recruiting through relationships with colleges and career fairs.
• Monitor recruiting trends and identify process improvements.
• Maintain recruiting data in the ATS and report on metrics.
