Job summary

ICW Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive strategic recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding across the enterprise. The role focuses on attracting high-quality talent, managing the full lifecycle, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences to promote the brand.

You will partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, develop proactive recruitment strategies, and build a robust candidate pipeline through campuses, job boards, and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience.
• Certifications: CIR, CSMR or related preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads talent attraction strategies and lifecycle recruitment.
• Manages candidate sourcing, onboarding, and interview scheduling.
• Advises hiring managers on market conditions and offers.
• Builds strong pipelines with colleges, universities, and industry networks.
• Performs salary discussions and prepares offers.
