The Talent Acquisition Specialist focuses on responsibilities of recruiting with specialized skills that focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates throughout the organization. This position requires a background in strategic recruiting, talent mapping, expertise in analysis and reporting, and effective AI and technology strategies. It requires a professional that understands that talent acquisition is more than just filling open positions; it's about strategically building a pipeline of talent to meet current and future workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor hiring managers, providing guidance on interview questions and identifying both required expertise and soft skills.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Stay up to date on compensation trends.
  • Maintain accurate records that can be used to create talent analytics.
  • Build positive relationships with universities and colleges focused on career development initiatives for students.
  • Develop and lead intern programs.
  • Contribute to strong pipeline generation and make informed candidate recommendations; actively build the talent pool.
  • Manage and monitor AI strategies and job board relationships.
  • Organize and participate in various career fairs while building relationships.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Be a key player in building a culture that promotes opportunities and career paths for employees as the company grows.
