Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops recruitment strategies with hiring managers to meet current and future talent needs.
• Creates job descriptions and specifications reflecting responsibilities, skills, and attributes.
• Employs diverse sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates and build talent pools.
• Screens resumes and portfolios, coordinates interviews, and prepares interview questions.
• Manages offers and onboarding, coordinating with Total Rewards for compensation decisions.
