Job summary

MyStaff in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a seasoned recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across the organization. You will develop creative sourcing strategies and partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Construction industry recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms; BambooHR experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, and other sourcing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Proven ability to evaluate candidates for skills, cultural alignment, and organizational values.
• Experience improving the candidate experience and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across the organization.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, team dynamics, and hiring goals.
• Manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Represent the company’s culture and values while enhancing the candidate experience and employer brand.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, reports, and applicant tracking data.
• Build relationships with local schools, colleges, and universities to develop talent pipelines and internship opportunities.
• Support onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
