• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to fill clinical, corporate, and operational roles with high-quality candidates.
• Monitor hiring metrics like time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance.
• Oversee use of Workday and other recruiting tools for accurate tracking and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs.
• Own recruiter training, onboarding, and process documentation.
