Job summary

Sanhua International USA, based in Houston, is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and develop strategic talent initiatives across the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience using proactive recruiting methods.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting in HVAC, Automotive, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Must be based in or near Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Post job openings across channels and proactively source candidates using modern recruiting tools.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and panel teams.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring goals and workforce needs.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and improve candidate experience.
• Schedule interviews and manage recruiting logistics.
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and best practices.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers on onboarding logistics, documentation, and compliance.
• Support offboarding processes, including exit coordination and documentation
