Sanhua International is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Houston team. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, build talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver top candidates across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage deadlines while maintaining a positive candidate experience in HVAC, automotive, or manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing skills with proactive methods.
• Excellent organizational and time management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting in HVAC, Automotive, or manufacturing preferred.
• Must be based in or near Houston, TX.

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional with strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers to deliver top talent.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Execution

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Post job openings across appropriate channels and proactively source candidates using modern recruiting tools and techniques
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and panel teams
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Strategy & Partnership

• Partner with leadership to understand hiring goals and workforce needs
• Develop and implement creative sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and improve candidate experience

Operations & Administration

• Schedule interviews and manage recruiting logistics
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events
• Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and best practices

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience
• Partner with HR and hiring managers on onboarding logistics, documentation, and compliance
• Support offboarding processes, including exit coordination and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing skills and experience using proactive recruiting methods
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience recruiting in HVAC, Automotive, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Must be based in or near Houston, TX
