Job summary

TSMC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Talent Acquisition System Admin to lead the new ATS launch, administer reporting, and manage HR data and tools. This role sits on a small, agile team and partners with HQ in Taiwan to deploy regional solutions and drive adoption.

You will own system administration, analytics, vendor coordination, and program support while adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred
0–3 years in admin, analytics, or program management
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience building or interpreting reports and KPIs
Agile and adaptable in a small, fast-moving team
Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred

Responsibilities

Launch and administer ATS systems and integrations across regions
Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards
Manage talent pool data and change management for new processes
Support HR AI tools with user needs and issue resolution
Oversee candidate evaluation tools and assess their effectiveness
Manage systems, vendors, and stakeholder relationships
Provide program and administrative support including contracts, tracking, and meeting logistics
