Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and/or professional certification in HR or related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in logistics or similar environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws related to interviewing and hiring is important.
• Ability to travel regularly to supported locations and events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and operations to identify current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for regions you support.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates for open positions.
• Review applications and resumes, identify candidates to advance.
• Conduct phone screens and first interviews using established tools and processes.
• Maintain communication with candidates through the hiring process and onboarding.
