Job summary

AirSea Packing Group, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition/Recruiter to partner with the HR Director and operations leaders to understand staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and manage candidates through the recruiting process from first contact to hire and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will move quickly, stay organized, build relationships, and support growth initiatives while expanding competencies across HR functions. Salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification preferred in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of HR/recruitment experience in logistics or customer service environments.
• Knowledge of employment laws related to interviewing and hiring.

Responsibilities

• Identify current and future hiring needs with HR and operations.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates for open positions.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities with stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate communication and progress updates, KPI reporting.
