Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Recruiter II to partner with senior leadership and HR to design and execute recruitment strategies, screen and interview candidates, and ensure compliance across federal, state, and local hiring laws.

You will leverage diverse channels, manage ATS processes, train hiring managers, and optimize hiring budgets for events and tools, contributing to Spectrum’s growth while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local hiring laws.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute recruitment strategies.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates to ensure best fit.
• Identify and leverage alternative recruitment channels.
• Ensure compliance with hiring laws and maintain accurate records.
• Recommend recruitment budgets for events and tools.
• Write and post job advertisements and respond to inquiries.
• Train hiring managers on ATS and compliance.
