Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Recruiter II to partner with leadership to recruit top candidates, optimize hiring strategies and ensure compliance across the organization. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership and HR to design and execute recruitment plans.

You will screen and interview candidates—from experienced professionals to new graduates—coordinate with HR, manage ATS, and contribute to Spectrum’s talent strategy while travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience.
• Strong communication and data-analysis skills.
• Knowledge of recruiting trends and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies with senior leadership.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates for Spectrum.
• Identify alternative recruitment channels to attract specialists.
• Ensure compliance with hiring laws and maintain records.
• Recommend recruitment budgets for events and tools.
• Write and post job advertisements and respond to inquiries.
• Train hiring managers on ATS and compliance.
