• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and define hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Present market insights and hiring trends to hiring managers and leadership.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives, networking events, and workforce planning efforts.
• Support onboarding activities and help drive a smooth transition for new hires.
