Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator to drive strategic recruiting initiatives for a leading HVAC manufacturer. You will partner with TA, HR, and vendors to improve hiring outcomes and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

In this data-driven role, you’ll plan and execute high-priority projects, build dashboards in Workday Recruiting, Excel, and Power BI, and support market insights to inform talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of project management or recruiting operations experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting, Excel, Power BI, dashboards, or related reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end Talent Acquisition projects, including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Develop clear project status updates and reporting.
• Collaborate with TA, HR, business stakeholders, RPO partners, and vendors to remove roadblocks and keep hiring initiatives on track.
• Build TA dashboards, reporting packages, and data-quality routines using Workday Recruiting, Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
• Analyze recruiting data and market insights to support talent acquisition strategy and decision-making.
• Coordinate recruiting campaigns, talent intelligence initiatives, market mapping, and media strategy recommendations.
• Support requisition readiness, interview and selection processes, process design, and service-delivery escalations.
• Coordinate vendor and RPO performance routines to promote accountability and timely execution.
• Apply structured project management, A3 problem-solving, and daily-management practices to improve recruiting operations and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
