Job summary

Daikin Comfort in Texas is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead the full lifecycle recruitment, from attraction and sourcing to assessment, selection, and onboarding, aligning with business goals. You will partner with senior leaders, manage a high-performing TA team, leverage analytics to drive improvements, and ensure compliance with US employment laws.

This role shapes the organization's talent capabilities, improves competitiveness, and oversees ATS strategy and recruitment

Qualifications

• Proven full-life cycle recruiting expertise.
• Deep knowledge of US and state employment laws.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Data-driven and metrics oriented.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Develop, maintain and monitor recruitment processes and procedures.
• Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals and meet targets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align staffing with business goals.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends and improve retention.
• Roll out recruiting metrics and report recruiting status with leadership.
• Partner with management to optimize recruitment from attraction to onboarding.
• Improve organization attractiveness through policies and benefits.
• Lead recruitment technology strategy and optimize ATS.
• Maintain knowledge of TA best practices and employment regulations.
• Participate in company projects to enhance Talent Acquisition.
