System1 is seeking a seasoned and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist who will also manage key People Team Generalist responsibilities. You will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for critical and senior roles while supporting onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and engagement initiatives.

This is an onsite role at System1 Headquarters located in Los Angeles, CA. Requirements include 4–6 years in recruiting with senior hires, 2+ years HR generalist experience, strong sourcing

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of progressive recruiting experience, including senior and specialized hires.
• At least 2 years managing core HR generalist responsibilities.
• Strong candidate sourcing and interview pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Aufgaben

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment process for critical and senior roles, with proactive sourcing, interview plan creation, and offer negotiation.
• Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience including orientation, paperwork, and technology setup.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted contact for inquiries, guiding on policies and HR matters.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate records, process changes, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Culture & Engagement: Promote a positive culture through events and engagement surveys.
