Advanced Systems Group, LLC is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruitment across all roles, with emphasis on creative, media production, and technical positions. This strategic leader partners with hiring managers to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

This is a remote role for candidates within NY Metro, Los Angeles, and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years managing all phases of recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of broadcast media and live event production industries, preferred in SF Bay Area, LA, NY, London.
• Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred; SHRM Talent Acquisition Credential a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Partner with managers to define detailed job postings and hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, interview, coordinate interviews, and craft tailored materials.
• Oversee recruiters’ performance and provide mentorship.
• Advise on sourcing strategies and recruitment methodologies.
• Drive recruitment metrics like cost-per-hire and SLAs.
• Refine job posting and advertising approaches for market reach.
• Evaluate recruitment tech and analyze ROI and usage data.
• Be ASG’s go-to expert for recruitment systems and training.
• Provide insights to leadership on trends and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Build candidate pipelines and expand ASG’s talent network.
