Intellisense Systems, Inc. in Southern California seeks a strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical teams in Torrance, onsite.

This role can be filled as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist depending on experience. Responsibilities include developing job descriptions, posting roles, sourcing passive candidates, and managing the ATS while partnering with management on HR matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience (or 5+ years with admin experience).
• HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Exposure to government contracting or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical teams.
• Develop job descriptions and post positions; source and negotiate external recruitment.
• Manage ATS and candidate data for compliance and reporting.
• Oversee interview process and coordinate scheduling and on-site interviews.
• Engage external staffing agencies and manage affirmative action requirements.
