Darigold, Inc. in Seattle seeks a temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to join the corporate HQ team on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will drive full-cycle recruiting across production and corporate roles, ensuring high-quality hires and a strong candidate experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, enhance our employer brand, and support inclusive hiring practices in a fast-paced environment at the Pacific Northwest scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting and/or Human Resources.
• Excellent relationship-building and collaboration with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and hire talent across entry to senior levels.
• Develop creative strategies for sourcing top talent and partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
• Deliver a top-tier, end-to-end hiring experience and enhance the employer brand.
