Job summary

Brex in Seattle is seeking a Recruiter for the Business Recruiting team to scale G&A and GTM hiring. You will partner with hiring managers to shape strategy, source top talent, and own the candidate experience from first contact to close in a fast-growing environment.

You'll operate in a hybrid setting with three in-office days per week, plus occasional remote work. The role emphasizes process excellence, strong relationships, and timely talent decisions across business functions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience.
• Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and provide strategic hiring support.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate recruiting efforts across stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR and employment practices.
• Must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Thu).

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM hiring managers to create hiring strategies and ensure a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Proactively source passive candidates through channels like LinkedIn Recruiter and networking.
• Own the full candidate experience from sourcing to close, ensuring a seamless process.
• Create comprehensive talent maps to share insights on the talent market.
• Represent Brex to candidates, helping to attract exceptional talent.
• Interview candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
