Job summary

Essex Property Trust is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary) to lead high-volume and leadership hiring from our Irvine regional office. You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and drive a candidate-focused process in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating events, and optimizing processes while advancing our DEI goals. In-person hybrid work is expected at multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience, including high-volume roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Sourcing and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline.
• Plan and attend job fairs/events to attract candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to build hiring plans and provide updates.
• Streamline processes to improve time-to-hire and candidate experience.
