Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting in regulated industries.
• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience as a recruiting SME, project lead, mentor, or informal team leader.
• Strong understanding of recruiting operations and strategy.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct supervision.
• Advanced sourcing with diverse pipelines.
• Experience leading TA process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills using recruitment metrics.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Experience using Workday ATS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mortgage servicing, financial services, and other critical roles.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and growth strategies.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor on processes and market trends.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and market data to improve outcomes.
• Lead recruiting process improvements, vendor management, and cross-functional projects.
• Mentor recruiters and promote consistency in recruiting standards across the organization.
