Saelens Corporation seeks a people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to connect talented individuals with opportunities across the organization. Based in Wisconsin, this full-time role involves active candidate sourcing, relationship-building, and travel between Johnson Creek and Milwaukee locations.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement, engaging communities and events to strengthen talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related field.
• Outgoing and confident personality with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations for recruiting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple openings across production, skilled-trades, technical, professional, and leadership roles.
• Represent Saelens at job fairs, schools, community events, and partner with workforce organizations to build pipelines.
• Guide candidates through the process with clear communication and support successful placements and retention.
