Selene Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Team Lead to serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner, recruiting subject matter expert, and process leader for the organization. This role combines hands-on full-cycle recruiting with leadership responsibilities focused on driving recruiting excellence, operational consistency, and continuous improvement across the Talent Acquisition function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within mortgage servicing or financial services.
• Strong understanding of recruiting operations, workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, and hiring best practices.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mortgage servicing and financial services.
• Partner with business leaders to develop hiring strategies.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies.
• Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor on processes and market trends.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
• Mentor recruiters and promote recruiting standards across the organization.
