Aston Carter is seeking an experienced Hybrid Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full life cycle recruiting activities in a hybrid Silver Spring, MD setting. The role emphasizes strategy, sourcing, marketing of roles, interviews, offers and negotiations, with collaboration across HR and business leaders.

Requirements include 3-5 years of in-house recruitment experience, Life sciences/pharmaceutical hiring exposure, and strong Workday proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in-house, full lifecycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting in life sciences/pharmaceutical/biotechnology.
• Proficiency with Workday for recruiting workflows.
• Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruiting including strategy, sourcing, marketing of roles, interviews, offers and negotiations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and strategic objectives.
• Conduct kickoff meetings, interview prep and debrief sessions, and recruitment updates.
• Develop sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns to attract diverse talent.
• Proactively build talent pipelines via networking, referrals, sourcing, events.
